Updates: new ideas for articles, I *just* need to type them :P
Yeah, a long blog, finally! I can't spend much time on the computer, around 10 or 20 minutes maximum, because it hurts if I stay on my lovely Dell Inspiron for too long...

I'll make an exception for this blog, though!

Nearly every year, my mother has a pair of V.I.P. tickets for the qualifications for the Grand Prix in Montreal. This year, it was my turn to go, but I couldn't, because of my operation. At that time, I wasn't able to walk more than 500 meters or open the fridge, so huh, it was obvious that I couldn't go. Every year, the team that invites my mom brings a celebrity... When they came back, my mom gave me a ticket with an autograph. There was a small number in the corner: 27. I was shocked. Really. Number 27 is my idol: Alex Kovalev! Kovy! I couldn't believe it, I could have seen my idol, but because of my stupid operation, I missed the chance to see him. Then, my mom told me that he hopes that I'll get well soon!

I was still a little frustrated, but instead of being sad or anything, I decided to walk more than ever. This week, I walked more than a kilometer, even if the doctors said that I should be able to walk only 500 meters after a month. The power of motivation...
On Tuesday, there was this huge storm, only 20 minutes though... Note that I live in Canada, so for me, it's unusual. There were trees falling, it was raining like crazy, there was thunder, huge lightning and other funny things like that! The creepy part was that I was in the car with my mom at that time, outside.
That brings me to the next subject... What the hell were we doing in the car? Well, we were going to a special place for my B-day, that was the next day, on Wednesday. For my Sweet Sixteen, my parents chose a very special present: a personalized swimsuit to hide the scar in my back! It's a shop where this lady designs absolutely wonderful and exclusive swimsuits! If you want to check out the website:
lililesbains.com That lady was very nice and everything and guess what? Her daughter has a scoliosis too! The world is so small sometimes... So, next week, I'm going to try the swimsuit that they created in the shop especially for me!

It costs a lot, you can imagine, so that was my main B-day present! I also received cards, flowers, teddy bears from my friends and family!

We made the B-day cake on Sunday, though... A little bit late, but it was delicious! I made it with my mom: a chocolate cake with a vanilla topping with raspberries on the top! Yummy! I wish I could send you a piece of cake!

I may add a new part to this blog... I have to stop now or it will hurt soon. Talk to you later!
